SOTO Amicus with Stealth Igniter

SOTO Amicus is a Japanese high quality canister stove for standard Lindal valve gas canisters such as MSR, Jetboil, Primus and Snow Peak. Its concave burner head with ledges around it results in a superior performance in windy conditions which saves precious fuel. Four folding pot supports with hooks are easily set up and provide a stable surface to cook on. Seamless output control allows for more cooking options than just boiling water.

This version of the Amicus stove comes with an integrated and reliable piezo lighter called Stealth Igniter. It does add a few grams to your baseweight but in return the operability of the stove is greatly enhanced which is nice when you finally start to prep your dinner after a long day on the trail. If you are packing a lighter just to light up your stove then you can leave it behind with this stove. You will need to bring your own gas canister though as it’s not included in the package.
