Lanshan 1 Pro is an ultralight one-person tent for backpacking. At an affordable price, Lanshan 1 Pro offers a great package of excellent size, light weight, durability and small pack size.

The weight of the tent is only 690 grams. This is truly ultralight, considering that Lanshan is actually large enough and durable. A tent is one of the heaviest accessories for a hiker, and by upgrading to the Lanshan 1 Pro you can get into the ultralight range in one fell swoop.

The tent is set up with an adjustable trekking pole. The mosquito net and high water column floor protect the sleeper. Thanks to the pyramid-like shape and the high-quality 20 D silnylon fabric, the tent is robust even in windier camp sites.

All guyline attachment points are reinforced with UHMWPE gridstop.

The tent is sold as a 3-season tent (the inner wall is a mosquito net), but nothing prevents it from being used on winter trips to forested areas. Shovel snow on top of the sides, so that fresh snow does not blow under the tent fly. The snow slides down from the slippery walls of the pyramid-shaped tent quite well.

The tent is large enough for a person sleeping on a regular-sized mattress, and the foot part of the sleeping bag does not hit the wall.

About the fabric of the tent and the manufacturing process: Lanshan 1 Pro uses silicone-treated 20-denier nylon on both sides. Normally this fabric is only used in more expensive tents, the seams of which are sewn by hand as flat-felled seams. 3F UL Gear manufactures Lanshan tents in a factory using the same material. This is why the tent is less expensive. Since the seams cannot be sewn as flat-felled seams in the factory, the tent buyer must seal the pinholes with silicone glue. Fortunately, this is easy. Since a small part of the work is left to be done at home, the tent can be sold at a much lower price. A certain large Swedish furniture company also uses the same philosophy!

Note: Lanshan 2 Pro requires seam sealing. You need to do the seam sealing at home, but don’t worry, it’s easy! You can find instructions on seam sealing here. We recommend using Gear Aid Seam Grip +SIL for seam sealing this tent.
